When: Saturday, July 4. Staging time 12:00 noon. Parade at 1:00 pm.

Where: Downtown Cadillac. Staging in the City Commons area: Look for the Wexford Dems near the back entrance to Patterson’s Flowers.

What to Bring: Good walking shoes! Your love for our community! Your Wexford Dems T-shirt. A bag of candy to distribute along the route.

It’s parade season in Wexford County! Join us to walk and pass out candy at the July 4th parade of the Cadillac Freedom Festival! This is an opportunity to show our community that the Wexford Dems are active and involved.

• The Wexford Dems will have a car in the parade that seats 6. Please get in touch with us through our contact page if you would prefer to ride in the parade.
• Our group is scheduled to line up in the area behind Patterson’s Flowers. Please be in place by noon to join us. The parade begins at 1:00 pm.
• Please bring a bag of candy to pass out to kids as we walk.
• Downtown will be busy on Saturday. If you have trouble finding parking, consider the lot south of the library or one of the lakeside lots along Lake and Chestnut Streets.
• Wear your Wexford Dems t-shirt (or buy one from us when you arrive).

This is not a protest march. We’re participating in the spirit of the holiday to show that the Wexford Dems are proud to be part of this community and committed to its future.
