When: Saturday, August 2. The parade starts at 11:00 am.

Where: Downtown Harrietta. Staging is expected to be on Gaston Avenue near the S&H Fire Hall.

What to Bring: Good walking shoes! Your love for our community! Your Wexford Dems t-shirt.

Carpooling: If you would like to join a carpool to Harrietta, please meet in the parking lot of The Pines on M-55 by 9:30 am.

It’s parade season in Wexford County! Join us to walk and pass out candy at the Leo Porter Memorial Parade at the annual Harrietta Blueberry Festival! This is an opportunity to show our community that the Wexford Dems are active and involved.

• The Wexford Dems will have a car in the parade that seats 6. Please get in touch with Chair Bill Allen if you would prefer to ride in the parade.
• There is no specific staging area; instead, look for us by our banner and t-shirts.
• Please bring a bag of candy to pass out to kids as we walk.
• Wear your Wexford Dems t-shirt (or buy one from us when you arrive).

This is not a protest march. We’re participating in the spirit of outreach to show that the Wexford Dems are proud to be part of this community and committed to its future.
