Mobilize, the volunteer organization of Indivisible, is sponsoring an event titled Postcards to Trump. It’s simple to participate: On March 15th, mail Donald Trump a postcard that expresses your opposition to him. The Wexford Dems also encourage you to send postcards to our Senators Gary Peters and Elissa Slotkin as well as House Rep John Moolenaar. Scroll down for addresses.

Pre-stamped postcards are available at the post office for 62 cents. Stamps only (you would need to supply the postcard) are 56 cents.

The Wexford Dems will have a variety of postcards available at our next meeting (image above): March 12th at 5:30 at the MEA Office, 1337 North Mitchell. You are welcome to stop by and pick up postcards or stay for the meeting. Additionally, the 5Calls app has scripts that you can use to write your postcards: https://5calls.org/all/.

Monthly Meeting

March 12 @ 5:30 PM
We will gather for our monthly meeting on Wednesday at the MEA office at 5:30 PM. If you would prefer to attend the meeting via Zoom, please email [email protected] to receive the Zoom link.

This month we are collecting personal hygiene items, household cleaning supplies, paper products, towels, clothes, and laundry baskets to support Oasis families moving to transitional housing. Please bring donations to the meeting to support our community.
